On The Reform And Innovation To Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education began at the beginning of human being . Viewed from the history and status quo, we can see although there have been many achievements and experiences in ideological and political education, there are a lot of facets needed reformed and innovated . With the coming of market economy, the rise of knowledge economy and the advent of informational society and globalization, ideological and political education have to reform and innovate. The question of reform and innovation to traditional ideological and political education faces human being more and more obviously.I The reform to ideological and political education( I )The conception reform and subject position of ideological and political educationi Ideological and political education have to set up four concepts: The concept of centering around human being; the general concept of ideological and political education; the concept of serving economy and social development; the concept of advancing with time.ii The ideological and political education is the education of ideological and moral character, the rules of behavior, the political will, the law and principle, the ideal human dignity, which is the political education of ideological education, and ideological education of political education, and is the unification of ideological education and political education. The ideological and political education is based on the philosophy theory of Marxism, and from politics, ethics and pedagogy, which integrate withtheory and method of sociology, psychology, jurisprudence ,the study of human ability ,management science ,behavior science, uniting with the practice of ideological and political education, meeting with the need of the Chinese characteristic socialistic construction, forming a new science which has the qualities of practice, pragmatic, and academic.(II )The reform to contents and systems of ideological and political educationi Ideological and political education contains ideological education , moral education ,political education and success education.ii The contents of ideological and political education and the special contents form a leveled, open, dynamic content system.(III) The reform to the theory and method of ideological and political educationi There are liabilities of left, of divorcing from reality, of stagnation and conservation. The method to reform the theory of political and political education is: digging up the essential connotation of classical theory of Marxism; learning experiences from Chinese trad- itional culture and modern western culture; reforming out-of-date theory.ii To reform the methods of ideological and political education, we should change concepts, respect practical effects, change forms; pay respect to university, emphasize particularity; diminish one-way inculcation, enhance two-way interaction, realize mutual education; use contingency, enhance plan, achieve scientific situation.II Innovation to ideological and political education( I )The theory innovation to ideological and political education.i The necessities of the theory innovation to ideological and political education.
