Probing Into The Construction Of Villager's Autonomy System Oriented To The Well-off Society

The present paper whose theme is the construction of villager's autonomy system oriented to the well-off society reviews and summarizes the historical objective necessity of the emergence and development and the process of development of villager's autonomy system. Meanwhile, while looking into the tendency of development of the system and pointing out that the political civilization put forward in the 16th Conference of the Chinese Communist Party demonstrates the direction of villager's autonomy, strengthens people's conviction and symbolizes the entrance of villager's autonomy system oriented to the well-off society into a new historical stage, this paper also emphasizes that, with special stress on the research into the ensuring conditions of villager's autonomy system oriented to the well-off society, in the process of ail-about construction of the well-off society, the organization and content of the villager's autonomy system must be improved incessantly and aimed at the new union of content and form according to new situations.
