With the gradually opening of financing industry, banking should consummate its service constantly and launch more innovative products into the market with the principle of customer oriented". In order to increase its market share, the commercial banking should establish Customers Relationship Management system (hereafter called CRM). The purpose of establishing CRM is to satisfy the customers need, maintain and expand customer scale, optimize its internal resource, increase the operation efficiency and obtain more opportunity for revenue. For the sake of realizing the above-mentioned purpose, scientific and accurate decision management is of crucial importance.Data mining Technology develops very rapidly in recent years and it is a crossed subject, which utilizes several technologies from different subject to deal with massive data. Up till now, the commercial banks in China have already finished the data collection and will focus on the construction of data warehouse. Using data mining technology to obtain valuable information for the decision making of bank is an inevitable trend, so in this article, we discuss the application of Data Mining Technology in the customers management of banking.Firstly we state some current problems in the construction, system design and application of CRM in banking, and then in order to state the application of data mining technology in CRM of banking, we set up a model of utilizing the binary tree of data mining technology and BP nerve network model to grade the credit card according to the record on it.This article falls into six chapters:In chapter one, we firstly state the background information, research purpose and significance of this title, secondly we briefly introduce the disparity in operation decision-making field between the domestic and international banking, and then we put forward that the banking must establish its own CRM system to enhance its competitiveness in order to face up with the increasingly furious competition in the market.In chapter two, we explained two important conceptions in the banking CRM system, which are customers' loyalty degree and customers' contribution degree and put forward a standpoint that research of these two conceptions is the springboard of banking CRM system.We introduce some relevant conceptions and widely used methods about data mining technology, and then explain the application of data mining technology in the fields of decision-making, risks elusion and operation management of banking.In chapter four we mainly introduced the structure, design and implement of the CRM system of domestic banking, and commented some problems about model design, data selection, system maintenance and resources optimize of banking CRM system.In chapter five, we utilize set up a model to the binary tree of data mining technology and BP nerve network model to grade the already obtained credit card and compared the statistic veracity of different grades formulated by commercial bank.
