Study On Expanding Employment By Developing Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Of Jilin Province

There are four major goals in the macro economy management by the government in various countries. Full-employment is one of them. Employment is a great problem of various countries in theory and in practice. In recent years, the pressure of employment in our country is more and more larger, and has been paid close attention to by the circles of society. It also has been severe challenges and main difficulty for the government. Jilin Province is an old industry base, and its proportion of traditional industry is large. The problem of employment is serious, also. Developing small and medium-sized enterprises is a hot economic topic with many attentions in recent years. The contribution to economic growth and creating employment opportunity and technological innovation by small and medium-sized enterprises has already been proved by practice of economic development of various countries. There is a great deal of choices to expand employment, and to develop small and medium-sized enterprises is one of them. Developing small and medium-sized enterprises has a great deal of function, and expanding employment is one of them. This article attempts to combine both of them, combining the actual conditions of Jilin Province, drawing lessons from the experience of other countries for reference, and to study how to develop small and medium-sized enterprises to expand the employment of Jilin Province.
