Just as what was said by Chen Qishen who is the expert on the research of ERP in China, "Nowadays, the pattern of enterprises' competition is not the pattern in that enterprise competes against each other, but the pattern in that supply chain competes against each other". So, every enterprise is considering or will consider Supply Chain Optimization. Internet's development gives a new way to resolve the problem, which is combining Supply Chain Management (SCM) with Internet to implement e-Supply Chain Management (e-SCM). In this background, the paper pays attention on e-SCM and its application. The aim of SCM is to obtain supreme customer satisfaction with the least cost. Distinctly, customer is the focus of attention in SCM. The attention is incarnated farthest by customer service in all of the enterprise activities. Therefore, the viewpoint of "Service Supply Chain" is put forward in the paper, which considers the core operation processes that used to provide and support customer service to be not only supply chain but also very important supply chain. The paper illustrates how to construct e-Service Supply Chain by the case study on the customer service supply chain of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Marketing Company (XCMGMC).Concretely, the paper summarizes and study related theories on e-SCM firstly. Under the instruction of e-SCM ideas, XCMGMC is selected as the case to carry through practical research. The e-SCM strategies are critical for deploying e-SCM system, so with the help of SWOT the paper establishes the supply chain's e-Strategies for XCMGMC. The chief advantage of an excellent e-supply chain is its scientific process design. Consequently, after the analysis on three process modeling tools which are IDEF, UMLand ARIS, the paper establishes supply chain modeling method ——using ARIS toimprove processes and UML to design e-system. Then by means of the method the paper improves XCMGMC's customer service supply chain processes and designs the corresponding e-system. At last, the paper presents the entire e-deploying project, and describes the XCMGMC's customer service subsystem which was exploited by the project team that the author participates in.
