The Application Of BSC To Construct Strategy In A Company

The paper will discuss how to use BSC to construct strategic management system for minor enterprises by analyzing the case of ARC Company, and we hope to build a kind of mode that can be used for reference for those minor enterprises in China.Brief introduction of this paper show as the following:The first chapter is exordium, it will introduce the problem that we are going to solve in this paper, and it will also show to make a study of how to construct strategic management system in ARC Company by using BSC has theoretic value and the practical significance,The second chapter will introduce some theories to be used in this paper: Objective Management, Performance Management and BSC. We will recount them in briefly: the history, status and significance of those theories.The third chapter, we will educe the strategic objective of ARC company by introducing the history, background, organic structure, internal analysis and external analysis of ARC company.The forth chapter is a case of practical application. We will dissertate how to use BSC to construct strategic management system in ARC Company, and how to analyze the strategic objective and put it into effect.The last part is conclusion. We summarized the application of BSC in ARC Company. And we offer some useful suggestions about how to implement BSC in minor enterprises in china.The innovation of this paper is that it showed a new method to conquer the congenital defects in BSC that strategic objectives are difficult to disassemble, especially to disassemble to the grass roots.
