Research On Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Production System

Production system is the base and symbol of national industry modernization, and it's also the foundation stone of manufacturing enterprises to survive, compete in the future. The center of a newly round competition will focus on production system. From the evolution procedures of production system, the mass production style based on the traditional lot-size principle can't match the diversification demand, it needs to discuss the production pattern. But which kind production system is effectiveness, how to evaluate the effectiveness of production system is the key problem to be solved.On the base of reviewing the relevant researches, the paper firstly introduces production system, analyzes the different production pattern in the evolution procedures of production system, then it summarizes the evolution rules. Secondly, the paper proposes the concept and meaning of production system effectiveness, and it takes the countermeasures to promote the effectiveness of production system. At last, it sets up the evaluation index systems which indicate the production system effectiveness, then with the fuzzy evaluation method, it gives an empirical example, it proves the method is effective.The paper makes the enterprises to evaluate the production system accurately, and it can give the enterprises some useful reference to select the production pattern.
