Design of salary is precondition and import part that establish modern salary management system. It is import course of human recourse management and development also. The main tasks of human recourse management and development are attracting, stabilizing, training, using, inspiring talents and increasing economic benefits. At the same time talents work hard to realizable the objects of organization. The design of salary system is interrelate with the tasks.The different enterprise and the different employees are suitably for salary management modes and performance estimate ways. By the analysis, research and compare of the old wages system in Company DC, This paper finds out the problems with salary management. Then it brief introduces wages theory and motivation theory. It researches the essence, characteristic, functions, influence factors, basic forms, basic principles and so on. Reasonable salary may not only satisfy with low demand of employees, but also satisfy with high demand of employees. In this way it can bring forward different motivation effects. At the same time it can promote employees higher working performance than before. Under the salary theory and the motivation theory, it researches and analysis the old wages system in Company DC. Then it emphasizes to reform the salary system of company. It concludes questionnaire diagnoses before the design of salary, the analysis of salary satisfaction, the job analysis. The organization structure has been optimized and adjusted by combining with the job analysis. In the new salary system the first class salary have basic salary, performance salary, overtime salary and welfare salary. The basic salary concludes post salary, age salary and knowledge salary. There are all kinds of allowance and insurance and vacation with salary in the welfare salary. The performance salary system of company employees adopts by the job performance salary system with the producer and KPI performance salary system. At last it puts in practice and estimates the new salary system. It comes into being the new salary motivation mechanism in Company DC. The new mechanism creates the new conditions of paying stuff on performance, rational stimulation, attracting talents.
