Studies On Logistics Problem In Large Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise

Automobile logistics industry is generally regarded as the most complicated and the most professional realm in the logistics industry. As the 3rd party logistics company that applied in the Automobile logistics service, how to make good use of its resource and satisfy the need of the factory efficiently and economically is a very significative research.With the point of view in the 3rd Party Logistics Company and the example of HAFEI, this paper makes a research on the automobile logistics service. First, this paper analyses the traditional automobile logistics mode and point out its insufficiency, and then the paper analyses the main problems in the 3rd Party Logistics service mode. Aim at some problem that logistics process involved, the paper establishes the mathematics model respectively. In the end of this paper, it establishes the performance estimate index system of the automobile logistics service.The paper mainly researches on:1. The concept of the automobile logistics and development status quo of the automobile logistics market;2. Definitude the responsibility of the 3 PL in the automobile logistics service which namely the research range of this paper;3. Analyze the traditional automobile logistics mode, point out its insufficiency;4. Design the main process in the 3rd Party Logistics service mode;5. Establish the mathematics model aimed at some problem that logistics process involved: including the optimization transportation routing, the RDC locating model and the transport mode;6. Establish the performance estimate index system of the automobile logistics service.
