Power play an important role in the national economy. With the market structure changing, the power market is transforming from seller's market to buyer's market, it is very important for power enterprise to push the reform of power marketing and adopt highly effective marketing management information system in order to increase the sale of electric power and the return rate of charge , and increase the benefit, and improve the service quality.This paper is based on the background of Ningxia Yinchuan power bureau. Through the methodologies of marketing management and enterprise management information system embodied with the character of special commodity- power and present market situation, the paper analyzes three respects: improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, power supply quality. This paper points out that power enterprise should establish power marketing management information system orientating to customer service in order to strengthen the competence of power marketing management, intensive operation and fast reacting.The power marketing management information system is established on the Browse/Server structure organized by computer, network, dispersed data base. Through establish scientific and standardization operation system,system strengthen base data management and data share ,correspond different department in orderto assist leader's decision.lt has already been implemented and gained the expected achievement. The author wish that this paper could be used for reference to apply management information system of other companies.
