Since reform and opening-up, in the industrialization and market-based process of China, the economic system reform way of each area and economic development model demonstrate a kind of diversified pattern. The one of great impact among them includes " mode of the Zhu Jiang River " , " mode of southern Jiangsu " and " mode of Wenzhou " ,etc, and " Wenzhou mode " also because of their unique height spontaneity characteristics, arouse the attention from people all over the world.Though the domestic theory circle deepens a lot of helpful analysis to these kinds of regional development model , but generally speaking , Few can launch analysing from technological changes and system.
