At present, with the coming of world big retail enterprises, China has become the main competing field of the retail magnate. Comparing with the famous retail groups, our retail enterprises are obviously inferior to them either on size and capital or on the operation experience, information management and the able of using high-tech. It is critical time to meet the challenge and the competition.For the future development, Chinese appliance retail enterprises must improve the traditional sale model, build up advanced management information system, increase the whole management scale and form the net-like appliances sales manage information system.In the first chapter, the meaning and applied situation of appliance sales management information system are introduced.
