Because the mechanism about applying the Agricultural Achievements hasn't been perfectly, formed a lot of Agricultural sci-tech Achievements into practice, it is the main policy options to form the incentive mechanism about it. So it is important to research this topic. The topic of this paper is Analysis of Obstacle Factors For Industrialization of Achievement of Agricultural InstitutionThis research is based on the poll in which Hebei province is chosen as inquisitional site.
