Research Of Chongqing Regional Economy Difference And Its Countermeasures Since The Jurisdiction

Since the reform and open ,the economy in various places of our country has got the quicker development, but because the traditional productive force has made various districts different starting economy point, again region , resources , fund , technology and policy etc ,there is the difference of economy among various area, and this difference is intending to enlargment. That how to classify, compare and research the economy of various districts in order to set down district economy development strategy with pertinency has the important meaning to promoting the national economy development harmoniously.After being directly under the jurisdiction of China in 1997, Chongqing has become a super big city with 82.4 thousand square kilometres and its population is more than 3000 , the binary economy structure of" big city and big rural area " is very clear, and there are economic difference of different level between each districts as well as inside each districts . This has hindered greatly the economy development of Chongqing .Under this reality backgroud, this article uses statistical analysis method to evaluate economy development standard of various districts, and from the angle of fixed quantity, the article has compared and analysed the economic development standard of 40 prefectures and counties in Chongqing, discussed and studied the reasons that had caused the difference among the prefectures and counties since it was directly under the jurisdiction in 1997, forecast roughly the economic difference trend, and has put forward the corresponding policy measure .this paper is divided into four parts:Part one: the backgroud of the research and theory matting.lt includes introduction and chapter one. The foreword has summaried and explained the background basis , researchmeaning , subject train of thought, frame structure and research method etc of this research. Chapter one comments the theory and the practice of region economy difference research , and summarizes the work of forefathers on region economy difference research . This part is established background and theory foundation for follow-up research.Part two: methodology.includes chapter two. It is methodology of region economy difference research, Includes the understanding of districts economy difference, constructing of indexes system, selecting of estimating methods and the presentation of the cell of region in Chongqing and the time queue. This part is established the methodology foundation for authentic proof research.Part three: the demonstration analysis. It includes chapter 3,chapter 4 and chapter 5,it has estimated the present economy situation and the change orbit since 1997 , has analysed its influencing factor and has appraised its influence on society and economy. This part is established the authentic proof foundation for macroscopic policy decision .Part four: decision-making and suggestion. It includes chapter 6.According to the science view of " plans as a whole five " and " all is for person , comprehensive , coordination and the go on development", it has put forward some aspects which should be paid attention to in the course of economy harmonious development and the controlling countermeasure to the difference among the 40 prefectures and counties in Chongqing.
