Hunan Regional Economic Differences And Countermeasures

The difference of regional economy is a global internationalized question; every country in the world faces developing uneven puzzlement. As the biggest socialist developing country in the world, the question of economic growth of China is particularly urgent. Its difference problem of regional economy faced is more serious too. As in the middle part of big agriculture province Hunan's regional economic development is uneven and getting more outstanding problems. So, study its inside regional economy difference question and not merely have important theory meanings; And for bringing about an advance in economy of Hunan, and even" rising" of the middle part regional economy, also have important realistic meanings. First of all, this text is studied and has been defined and summed up and explained on the basis of a large amount of domestics and international achievement in research of the survey, the difference of regional economy. Secondly, use the real example to analyze and compare with many kinds of analytical methods of analyzing etc, draw the following conclusion: First, the 88 counties (cities) of Hunan province divide into six great kinds. Namely rising type developed counties (cities), rising types in degrees of development counties (cities), stability type developed counties (cities), stability degrees of development counties (cities), a degree of development counties (cities) in stagnant long type; the backward counties (cities) in the stagnant long type. Second, the central and west regions of Hunan Province, is the area where a poor county of Hunan Province concentrates on being distributed. Third, relatively developed the east area exists in the backward counties (cities), there are developed counties too in the poor and backward west area on whole. Fourth, the infra-regional difference of the east should be greater than the intra-regional difference in the Midwest. At last, based on this, the network analysis of this text causes the profound reason of the difference of regional economy of Hunan province and pointed proposition to narrow the countermeasure of the difference of regional economy.This thesis divides into five chapters altogether. Chapter one introduces the theoretical foundation and method of the difference of regional economy. Chapter two is a focal point of the argumentation of this text. And analyze through collecting initial data, arrangement, choose 16 kinds indexes , use SPSS to count the analytical methodand carry on factor analyzing and cluster analysis to Hunan province's 88 counties( cities). Analyze through the above real example, there is a understanding roughly to the difference of regional economy of Hunan province. Chapter three have described the forming reason of the difference of regional economy of Hunan province, namely analyze from five respects, such as history, position, policy, system, industrial structure,etc. Chapter four have proposed narrowing the countermeasure of the difference of regional economy of Hunan province. Chapter five through theory and practical analyze, proposes remain problem that study further according to real example.
