The Study Of Linguistic Art In Ideological And Political Education

The execution of Ideaological and political education involves both the elements of science and those of art.To humanbeings language works as the most important tool of communication, the tool of thinking and the very reflection of mind. Meanwhile it is the most basic and most frequently used media during the course of ideaological and political education. So the liguistic art is an essential component of ideaological and political education.lt is the old proverb which reads "Without sufficient artistery , linguistic communication does not work much" that reveals a fact that we can achieve the success only with linguistic art applied in ideaological and political work. Nowadays, we exist in a muticultral society with fierce competition, economic globelization and political multipolarization and we are trying our utmost to promote our socialist spiritual civilization, socialist political civilization and socialist material civilization.Under such a circumstance ,the liguistic art which serves all classes of the society shall be applied to strengthen the actual effect of our beloved Party's ideaological and political work. However, on inspecting our work and study, we regretfully find that we did not pay and have not paid enough attention to the study of the linguistc art in ideaological and political education. Now the time we live in demand us to boom the study of the liguistic art and apply it in our routine ideaological and political work. Generally speaking, this thesis systematically explores and analyzes the basic rules and theories of luguistic art hi ideaological and political education and particularly focuses on practical instructions for the routine ideaological and political work. Herewith, the following introduces the five parts of this thesis:Part One: Explores and analyzes the implication and functions of the linguistic art ofideaological and political education.lt is inclusive of the essence, form and functions of language, the implication and basic features of the linguistic art, the implication and basic features of the linguistic art in ideaological and political education and the function of the linguistic art in ideaological and political education.Part Two: Discusses and presents the Ten Rules of the liguistic expression in ideaological and political work which are listed herebelow: seeking truth fom facts; revealing profound truth with wisdom, logical arrangement, accuracy and clearness, suiting the ideaological and political work to the person and the problem, execution with care and honesty, easy to understand, brief and to the piont, act according to circumstance, aptness and appropriation.Part Three: Introduces those basic skills and techniques of the liguistic expression in ideaological and political education and particularly studies the voice languge, the voiceless language, the subsitute languge and the tune-space language. Those four kinds of languges are widely used in daily ideaological and political work.Part Four: Analyzes main forms and requirements of the linguistic art in ideaological and political education.Discusses some frequently-applied methods of ideaological and political education eg. Speech, Report, Encourage, Reasoning, Inter-active talk, Persuasion, Praise and Criticism.Part Five: Seeks the ways or say methods to apply the linguistic art of ideaological and political education. Presents that the following three aspects must be taken into consideration to effect the application of the linguistic art of ideaological and political education: 1) To improve the of the ideaological and political worker; 2) To improve our understanding and application of the linguistic art of ideaological and political education; 3) To create a good social atmosphere to flourish the liguistic art in ideaological and political education.
