Study On Dynamically Coordinated System Of Sustainable Development For Small Town Construction

In this study, the historical evolution and current experience as well as lessons of the small town construction development in China are simply analyzed and summed up. The problems existed in the development of town construction is raised. Furthermore, according to the reference of the theoretical basis in China and abroad , the dynamically coordinated system for the sustainable development of the small town construction is established. During this process, the principle and process of the appraisal of the sustainable development is drawn up. The promotion by urbanization, industrialization and ecologicalization is integrated into the system including the system structure, elements and dynamical operating mechanism, especially interactively coordinated mechanism in the process of the urbanization, industrialization and ecologicalization.The reason and result interrelation of the dynamically coordinated system model is analyzed by the dynamics, which is used as technique, as well as the entire model, sub-models of urbanization, industrialization and ecologicalization of the reason and result interrelation. At the same time, the process charts of the industrialization, urbanization and ecologicalization models are portrayed, and the correspondence dynamics equations are set up. In the case analysis at the end, the study analyses Chen'gui Town in Daye City, Hubei Province. Its dynamically coordinated system model structure and sensitivity has been verified and analyzed. As a result, the model is proved to be valid. Moreover, the town construction development of Chen'gui Town in the future is simulated, and the result policy suggestions are put forward by policy laboratory. The case simulation shows that the dynamically coordinated system model may simulate the past, present and future of the small town construction system quantitatively and qualitatively. It can reveal the situation of the elements consisted by construction, industry, ecology, resource and so on in the small town construction, by which the capacity for the sustainable development of the small town construction can be adjusted and optimized.
