Enterprises Information System Integration (EISI) is an effective method that can deal with island of information, and attached much importance by more and more enterprises, system integration companies and theoreticians. Rapid developments of e-business have set a new demand on EISI. According to the demand, EISI should be dynamic so that a company can easily share information and services with any other correlative companies. This dissertation redefines the concept of EISI on the basis of existing theories and practices and then, definitely indicates that EISI should include both the integration among the various information systems of a company and the integration between its own information systems and its partners' information systems. There are three existing problems about EISI. First, taking into account the integration among a company' s information systems instead of the integration between its information systems and its partners' information systems. Second, the integrated system is static and tight and therefore inconvenient to expand. Third, the integration techniques and methods cannot meet the demands of the dynamic integration among systems due to their limitations. The author thinks that the future e-business will be dynamic e-business, which should be matched with dynamic integrations among enterprises' information systems. On the basis of this, the author believes that web services, a new Internet technology, can be used to deal with the dynamic integration because of its high performances. There are two emphases. First, a model is given about the integration among the information systems of a company on web services after analyzing a series of actualities. Second, another model is also given about the integration between a company' s information systems and its partners' information system.
