| The economic collaboration among south-west region includes three parts: the collaborations among the south-west provinces, south-west and east provinces, south-west and south-east Asia alliance. But due to the similarity of natural resources gifts in the south-west region, the industry division formed according to comparative advantage principle has resulted in the duplication of industry structure, blind and repeated construction, and negative competition, thus badly hinders the economic collaboration among south-west region. In this thesis, first, after analyzing the status quo of the e-commerce in our country, the author uses AD-AS model analysis to show that e-commerce application is conducive to the economic growth. Second ,after a brief introduction of economic collaboration among south-west region, using related economic theories, the author put out that regional economic collaboration is helpful for enhancing the south-west region economic gross productivity and optimizing the economic structure, In the final part, it puts forwards the significance and necessity of development of e-commerce in south-west region, and puts out some constructive suggestions for the south-west region's e-commerce development from the angle of regional division and choice of industry. In a word, the paper is based on abundant real and timely data, the understanding of e-commerce is not limited in a commercial tool and process of information, most importantly, it explores the important impacts of e-commerce on resource allocation. And points that the decisive role of e-commerce on the establishment of industry neworder. As for the economic collaboration among south-west region, it regarding the e-commerce as a effective tie, analyzes how to make use of the comparative advantage of south-west region, and fully play the important role of SiChuan and GuangXi provinces and the different role and position of south-east provinces in the whole reconstruction.
