From the aspect of the relation between person and politics, based on limited reason and enlightened self -interest, analyze the political phenomenon with game theory, discuss how the cooperation is possible in public life and how the political equilibrium is possible.Second, specify the development process of game theory, its nature and internal relation of them. In other words, the development process from general equilibrium and perfect game to repeatation game, to evolution game; the presupposition from perfect reason to limited reason to irrationality and intuition. Theoretical hypothesis of game theory: in the acquaintance world, it is enough what propose repeatation game, because the rational person can remember the history of game and establish consensus on what bases on probability, form fame mechanism, mutual-advantage cooperation is possible; in the stranger world, it is enough that everyone conforms to the rules of survival game, because the people are affected by intuition and irrationality. Political equilibrium bases on psychological relative rationalism that different groups equate on psychological cognition .it is directed by practical reason, through deliberative democracy and political argument to achieve consensus among the individuals, reconcile and arrange the relations of diverse benefits and conflictions of power, distributing authoritatively with valuable resources. what self-government and recognized politic are realized depends on the psychological cognition that determine political system and structural arrangement. The individual with different preference tends to different cognition structure in psychological in diverse groups, which are relatively objective mode, which can be cognized. in other words, subjectivity is justified by objectivity. This is because of what bases on psychological-relative rationalism, furthermore psychological-cognitive structure of groups are results of approach dependence, such as culture, convention, tradition and religion.
