With the constant development of the economy of our country, the improving day by day of the living standards of the people, people have higher demands to the house. Meanwhile, the real estate market of Qinghai Province intensifies gradually too, active day by day, the number of the enterprise of the real estate trade of Qinghai Province and aggregate investment are in the increase constantly. Under the big backgrounds, Qinghai Province West Steel Groups invested 25, 000, 000 RMB to set up Qinghai West Steel Real Estate Development Co. , Ltd. in 2001.Though the company has made the excellent achievement in the real estate trade, they remain have the heavy pressure day by day from the market. For the company still kept the invincible position in stinging competition,and won the lasting development, it must design a set of strategy which can guide the company's future developmet.This dissertation in chapter one introduced the research background, the research methods and the research thought, in chapter two it analyzed the external environment condition of the company, including the macroscopical environmental analysis, thetown dweller's house consumption analysis, the market development's trend analysis and the trade competition structure's analysis.In chapter three, this dissertation analyzes the company's condition, which induded the institutional framework analysis, the personnel quality analysis, the financial abilities analysis and the sale ability analysis.Base on the above-mentioned, in chapter four the dissertation has analyzed the management strategy of the company, and has carried on the strategic policy. Firstly, it defined the type of competition strategy-strategy of competition type according to the result of SWOT analysis, and then adopted the "strategic clock" model to carry on the choice of the type of the competition strategy.In chapter five, this dissertation designed the implementation plan of the company, put forward the concrete implementing scheme, and explained the control question. The concrete implementing scheme includes: strengthen the project plan of the economic and functional house, perfect staffs performance appraisal system, Strengthen the innovation of the product marketing, the middle manager training and developing.
