In this intellectual economic stage, the heated competition of real estate market and similarity of products make the competition turn to core competence among the enterprises gradually. So, it becomes a serious subject to be considered urgently for every real enterprises that how to formulate and implement the innovative strategy make enterprises establish the core competence of enterprises and win the continuous competitive advantage so as to achieve the strategic target and gain the position and development in the sharp market competition. Based on the elaboration of the substantical theory of the innovative strategy and the relationship with core competence and combining some successful cases of real estate enterprises , this thesis raises the point that the innovative strategy is the best strategic choice of real estate enterprises , and make research and discussion on the environmental analysis , formulation and implementation of the innovative strategy of real estate enterprises , and hope it provide suggestions on strategic choices of real estate enterprises.
