While the Manager at the Personal Credit Department was to due retire from his senior position and to hand over the power. Yang Hua , an assistant to the Director of the Publicity Department of the headquarter in the city, without any working experience was transferred to the department as Section Head.At the beginning Yang Hua rashly carried out a practice of involving every individual in the division's department. To her surprise, that action caused a certain number of staff to go against it. Through careful observation and by judging the hour and sizing up the situation, she took positive counter-measures to turn the table, which eventually made every individual to accept her way of management. Meanwhile, she continuously accomplished various renovations to create the division into a top one in the regional banking system.The story depicts the two-year journey of Yang's management, reveals the laws of interplay between Manager's managing style and down-to-earth situations, as weu as the different results brought out - to set off Management to a halt when in contradiction; to bring out the best in each other when being well-coordinated with one another.
