The rate of change in terms of new products, new technology, and shifts in customer preferences has increased dramatically. Company should get hold of the swift opportunity to develop on the basic of the ability to learn and adapt quickly. As for team management, the performance is generally low all over the country except that team management of "the cluster of small corporations " of Zhejiang province is much better because of the rapid economic development. Many enterprises choose perfect employees to make up of "Elite team" in order to deal with especial organizational problem. But the perfect employees in most companies are so limited that they can not advance the organization to form the team atmosphere. And the ability of learn and adapt develops slowly, so the influence of "Elite team" is also limited . What's more, most of the team is nominal. With the success of team management all over the world, the population and implement of team management in China has no time to delay now.This paper commences with the definition of high performance team and analyses the difference between high performance and normal team, then anatomy the social and organizational basic of high performance team, eight characters and nine roles. Finally, this paper develop the methods of the construction of high performances team and how to solve the problems in running, especially the writer creatively uses DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Pross) to effectively valuate the performance and coherence of the team.
