Under the effect of external environment, the center of enterprise organization structure is changing from professional division of labor to business process and team become the good choice for enterprise in order to suit this change. The change to the team of enterprise organization structure is under enterprise strategic and business process restriction. The change to team of enterprise organization structure is the result of business process reengineering.Enterprise performance management adapts with enterprise organization structure. But in general, tradition performance management is based on individual and can't meet the tendency to team in enterprise organization structural. Therefore, this paper put forward performance management system research based on team.The characteristic of team and the pattern of team value creation decide that performance management should based on team instead of on individual under the background that the center of enterprise organization structure is changing from professional division of labor to business process.Performance management based on team establish on the idea as following: first is the macroscopic performance management cycle; second is that performance management must support the enterprise strategy; third is that performance management adapts with enterprise organization structural each other.The model of performance management based on team can be briefly summarized as " two main lines and a cycle ". One line is the decomposition of the enterprise strategy based on BSC and the result of decomposition is the index system and action plan of department; the other line is establishment the key performance indicator of job based on the process analysis and the result is key performance indicator and the clear duty of job; Conversely, the realization of job duty and KPI supports the completion of department index system and action plan, and further supports the realization of enterprise strategy; Then the process above forms a complete circulatory system.Zhu GuoCheng(technology economics and management) Directed by Prof. Yu ShunKun...
