S-Eco-Culture--Study On Cultural Innovation Of Construction Of Eco-Province In Fujian

Construction of ecological province is a concrete practice of sustainable development strategy in one district. In 2002, Fujian provincial government made out a strategy of constructing ecological province, which was an important policy that completely promoted the competition ability of Fujian economy. Construction of ecological province emphasizes the harmonious development of environment, society and economy. It needs not only the supports of policy, technological measures, and guarantee of laws, but also the guidance of inherent mechanism of moral and culture. This mechanism includes the harmonious culture between person and nature, new environmental ethics morals. Because the culture rules people's thought ,concept of value and at last influences the whole behaviour pattern of people. Viewing the construction of ecological province from a cultural perception enables us to grasp the problems of construction of ecological province with a wider theoretical vison.The article interpretes the meaning of construction of ecological province from the view of cultural perception, analyzes the present situation and constraint and the cultural obstacles of construction of ecological province in Fujian. This paper also analyzes the ecological ethics of ancient China and present west and affirms their reasonable parts of idea as well as points out their shortcomings.
