| The material supply cost owns much percent in the product cost of coal enterprise. So ithas important meanings in reducing the cost of product to strengthen the management ofsupply logistics, organize the activity of supply logistics. While the current supply logisticssystem of coal enterprise is still relatively confused. This ultimately cause rise of the cost ofeach ton and decline of the benefit of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the researches on the supplylogistics system of coal enterprise is not deep enough and mainly concentrate on certainrespect of the system. So the thesis analyzes and study on the supply logistics system of thecoal enterprise by system engineering theory. Thesis analyses the characters of the supply logistics system of coal enterprise at first,analyses the structure of it on the base of this, set up the explanation structure model ofsystem optimization, draw a conclusion from that model that procurement and inventorycontrol are the key joint of the system. And then the thesis works on the procurement modeland the inventory control model of coal enterprise emphatically. On the base of analyzing the defect of tradition procurement model of coal enterprise,this thesis propose to apply the MRPⅡ into the material procurement of coal enterprise, anduse the material consumption quota as the replacement of the product construction analyze inMRPⅡ. This solve the problem when apply the MRPⅡ into the coal enterprise and form theMRPⅡ procurement model of coal enterprise. And then, discuss the supplier selectionmethod which attach to procurement. In this thesis, present the fuzzy comprehensivejudgment model of the coal enterprise supplier selection, presents a set of supplier selectionindex of coal enterprise, and uses the lower part normal distribution function to judge thequantitative factor. Finally, give an example to confirm the validity of this method. As for the inventory control, this thesis solve it by using the inventory control model ofrelative requirement—MRPⅡ, and confirm its validity to decline the inventory cost of coalenterprise. In addition, this thesis discusses the optimization of coal enterprise deliver system, andthen, discusses the system construction and systematic flow of coal enterprise logisticsinformation system. |
