Study On The Relative Problems Of Urban Land Readjustment

With rapid urbanization process, urban land demand presents the expansive tendency continuously,While scare quality of rural land limits city expansion overly, urban land demand exceeds the supply. It is a good way of improving the urban land use situation to increase city land supply. So,it is necessary to study it further,to guide our urban land readjustment work.Based on the foreign study on urban land readjustment, thesis explains what is urban land readjustment and its scope: urban and suburb districts first. Second,methods of factor analogy and demonstration are employed to analyzed the urban readjustment effect factors,and the thesis draw a conclusion that urban readjustment is the good method in improving urban land use　situation,the thesis analyses property rights and economic relations of different land readjustment content,points out some problems. Third,according to the problems of urban land use and adjustment the structure of industry,thesis analyzes and choose urban land readjustment models. In the end, some concrete measures about urban land readjustment is proposed.
