With the development of international economical market, the integration, agility and concurrence of the modern enterprise were implemented to satisfy the variety of consumer. Supported by advanced technology, a serial of new management patterns and concepts were put forward to give the important theory base for improving company's efficiency and competitive power.This dissertation began with the research on supply chain (SC). Firstly, it introduced the difference of SC with other advanced management models. Secondly, according to the type of the core company, it divided the supply chain into three types: SC dominated by manufactory, SC dominated by retailer and SC dominated by 3PL. Then, it analyzed the constraints and construction strategies of SC, and brought forward the drives of designing SC which mainly came from the change of company's strategy, the emergence of advanced technology, the pressure from market and the need of company for improving oneself. Moreover it discussed the drive mechanism from both internal and external aspects. Thirdly, it classified SC into different business process links and put forward corresponding strategy. Afterward, it put the control system into three categories based on the design: the Open-loop system, the Closed-loop system and the Modified Feedback system. And then it gave the mechanism of control aiming at each type. Finally it explained in details the application of SC to the enterprise by giving an example.
