The Research On Logistics Center Development Based On Enterprise Cluster

Presently, the global economics and electrical commerce is developing rapidly and the global economy appears to the trend of integration. At the same time, the distribution channel of commodities is transforming. The logistics industry based on the supply chain management has become the global trend. From the perceptive of current economic status of our country, our country is located the stage of industrial structure adjusting and updating. Greatly promoting the optimizing and updating of the industrial structure is an important content of the Tenth Five Years Plan. The competitive advantages exhibited through the synergic effective of enterprise clustering are largely attended. The strategy of clustering development has become an important model of enterprise and region development. Clustering, ecology and flexibility are the important characters of temporary industrial organization. Accordingly, how to integrate the clustering development and the logistics industry and build a regional economic system adapting knowledge economy's requirement become the subject of this article.Firstly, the article embarks on the background, status and trend of international logistics industry and analyzes the relationship of logistics development and supply chain management. Subsequently, analyzing the conditions, types and operations models of logistics center, and combining the model of industrial clustering development, the author presents the point of constructing logistics center based on the industrial cluster. Based on the clustering development of Liaoning regional economics, empirically analyzes the core functions, product characters and transportation radius in the light of the four industrial clusters. Again the author quantitatively analyzes the role of logistics center to the economics development and concludes that modern logistics is necessary to the regional economics development. Lastly, combining the above theory, the status quo analysis and the demand analysis, according to the problems and advantages when constructing regional logistics center, the author proposes the basic mission, ideas and strategic suggestion.
