The employees' training is an important part as well as one of the key functions of the development and management of an enterprise's labour resources. That is to say, through teaching and experiment etc. measures, the enterprise spurs the employees' behaviour improved in aspect of knowledge, technique and morality. To some extent, it is an important way of appreciating an enterprise's labour resources, as well as important process for the promotion of the enterprise's organization profits.First, this essay emphasizes the purpose, principle and contents of training, it points out that only by constantly tapping training, well managing training and enhancing the employees' training, can the enterprise enable the employees adapt themselves to the development and changing of the society, economy, science technology and education, satisfy the employees' needs for self-growth and the realization of self-value, increase the enterprise's comprehensive strength and market competition ability, therefore, can the enterprise hold a no-failure position in the market economy.Second, it is emphasized in this essay that in order to raise the effectiveness, pertinency, economicalness of training, the training result must be evaluated.. The essay advocates that the training evaluation must follow practicality and continuity etc. eight principles, it should be conducted over pre-training, in-training and after-training three stages, furthermore, training evaluation should properly handle the preparation, implementation and result-disposal work.In the essay, seven commonly-used evaluation methods are introduced including the Kirkpatrick method, and special attention is given to a method which takes our domestic scholar Zaho Keqin's SPA theory as the basis, the cases of the Training Centre indicates that the SPA-based method is a unique method and can be applied in human resource training evaluation..In the end, the essay makes illustration about the problems exist in the current domestic training evaluation, and gives out counter measures and suggestions for the blind areas in the enterprise employee training evaluation.
