Under the circumstance of global economic integration, the setting up of enterprise management mode should distribute enterprise resources rationally after considering internal and external environment. With the consideration of customer needs, firms should focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, establish and keep continuous improving quality management system. At the same time, firms should take advantage of modern technologies, introducing IT system into quality management, so as to improve management performance and keep creative competence in the market.This paper traces the development process of quality management, studying some successful quality management methods. Also it introduces some contemporary theories, such as BPR, ERP and 6-Sigma method, with a profound analysis of concerning theories. Each quality management method is as important as others and enjoys its unique characteristics and applicability. When a quality management method develops to another, it doesn't mean some replacement, but simply some changes of the focus of new development.The paper explains some successful quality managing methods, experiences and effects by using LG DAGU's cases. It may provide references for the continuous improving and developing ways of enterprise quality management system. |
