As developing of market economy,more SME find that they have to improve their management ,but many of them do not know how to do .the author diagnosis production management in a SME –Weiming company ,which supply parts for auto manufacturers . and give a method of how to improve production management for auto parts manufacturers through the case , analysis the status in quo of production management through interview and investigate ,data stat ,bench marking ,and conclude the main problems in dire need of solving :Under process layout ,the logistics are very complexity for many varieties, The distance to move is very far .The production and sale plans for monthes from business department always are changed sharply, and unpropriety planning process make material and parts stock increase , so engross more fund .Based these finds ,I conclude some recommendations:To analysis the structure of products ,then choose some parts or products to adjust production layout.Restructure planning process, production is shifted by safety stock , to decrease stock .In the end ,are the route map and guarantee to implement the advices .Some method in the article to stat and analysis the production situation could be used in other management area.
