This paper try to start with analyzing the impersonality status quo of Personal Access System oversea,in China and in Chengdu,study and explore the maketing method which adapting with the customer's demand in Chengdu and succeeding in the maket. According to the characteristic of Chengdu Mobil Phone market,using the modern marketing thesis to analyze why the PAS project succeed in Chengdu and the chance the project will meet with. Conclusion:The best marketing method which makes PAS project succeeding is entire-process marketing method with market demand-oriented. The core of the method is customer-oriented——carry the scientific marketing idea through every part of the project,it is different with past telecommunicate product market,because the past telecommunicate product market starts at the point of company profit,and concentrates on the selling. But customer-oriented marketing concentrates on the full process,aim to create values——combined with customer value,company value and society value.The essential problem of using entire-process marketing of market demand-oriented is , connecting the whole operation process through the marketing idea, create the best market operation methods. On the basis of it, this paper emphasizes on the selecting of aimed market, market position, planning of product, price and promotion.
