Cognitive And Behavior Training Research Of Corporation Team Spirit

Team spirit is the research object of this paper. Along with the development of world economy globalizations and increasing competition, the corporation cannot succeed only depending on individual struggle and ability. It also cannot succeed without effective team cooperation. There is no excellent team where there is no excellent corporation. An outstanding corporation must be an outstanding team. Just like a nation and a folk have its soul, the soul of a first class corporation is the team spirit. It is not only the important aspect of team member's individual value, but also a valid means to solve the communication problems in the corporation. However, many corporations just put out the slogan of the team spirit and the effect is not very obvious. So the corporation should consciously and purposefully cultivate the team spirit. The paper aims at these problems and the demand of corporation development, mostly using level and factor analysis, constructing the element model on the basis of primary analysis of the team and team spirit. Then, aiming at the training emphasis of every level employee, taking cognitive and behavior training, the paper designs a primary training project and its contents. By implementing the project, we can cultivate employee's team spirit to exert their abilities better and serve the corporation more effectively. The paper mostly use theory research, adopting the cognitive and behavior theory in psychology, study theory in pedagogy, motivation theory in organizational behavior and corporation culture in human resource management, etc. It has some creative meaning in putting forward the element model of team spirit. At the same time, the primary training project has some instructional meaning for common problems and referenced meaning for some material problems in corporation training. The uniqueness of the paper mainly lies in the element model and the training project. These contents are not familiar at present. I do some primary study on team spirit training, hoping to put some ideas for better study on such questions.
