Research On Team Spirit Cultivation Based On Team Spirit Influencing Factor Scale And Shared Mental Modell

With the innovation of military technology,great changes have taken place in the form of war in today’s era.Joint operations and coordinated operations have become the main forms of war.Team spirit is becoming more and more important in combat tasks.It is of great practical significance to study and cultivate team spirit.Based on this,this paper combs the research literature results of team spirit at home and abroad,clarifies the related concepts of team spirit,analyzes the military team spirit,and confirms the theoretical basis for the cultivation of military team spirit guided by Marxist thought,based on the theory of military political work,supported by psychological theory and supplemented by the theories of other disciplines.Select the signal corps and a communication equipment operation team as the research object,refine the key factors affecting the team spirit through interview and questionnaire,and prepare the initial questionnaire.Through exploratory factor analysis,it is preliminarily determined that the four factors affecting the team spirit are "team leader","leadership","team communication" and "goal identity".In view of the extracted influencing factors,combined with the relevant theories of shared mental model,the "triple progressive team spirit cultivation model" was designed,and the practical experiment of team spirit cultivation was carried out for a communication equipment operation team from both theoretical and practical levels by comprehensively using ideological and political education and psychological behavior training,The effectiveness of the cultivation is tested through the operation assessment of the communication equipment team and the feedback of trainees.Adhering to the dialectical concept of coming from theory,going to practice and returning to theory,this paper summarizes the principles and experience of cultivating team spirit through experiments,and produces some thoughts,in order to make some contributions to the cultivation of our Corps spirit,and provide some ideas for how political work can serve war preparation and improve combat effectiveness,Provide real cases for how to make ideological and political education more scientific.
