After more than twenty years' high-speed development, China's motorbike industry has made a great progress, becoming an important part of national economy. Nowadays motorbike's market competition is very sharp, and hundreds of motorbike's enterprises all through the country, whether they are big or small, hard survive in the market. As a state owned motorbike enterprise with a long history, after experiencing the high speed increase in the late of 1980s and in the early of 1990s, market shares of NF Corporation gradually decreases every year. It is a liability in competition. So adjusting market competition strategy is imperative. Renewal of competition points and optimize of motorbike product line is the beginning to regain the competition advantages. Under relatively superfluous condition, how to analyze the competition of motorbike market in information market economy is a immediately researched subject for NF Corporation. This paper starts form domestic and international motorbike market's development, analyzing the motorbike industry future market and development tend after China's entrance into WTO, as well as NF Corporation and its rivals' market strategy. On the base of deep investment and research and comprehensive collection of materials, by absorbing do mastic and international excellent enterprises' success experiences and the tend of development of motorbike product after China's entrance into WTO this essays discusses the adjusting of market strategy and the improvement of product of NF Corporation. With the use of the Method of Layer Analysis and Order Theory, the paper also improves NF Corporation's Plan of Product Priority Order, providing scientific theory for the design of market competition strategy of NF Corporation.
