Knowledge Management Based On A Project

The dissertation is about "KM (Knowledge Management)". Its study object, The PSB Project, is a roadbuilding and drainage project. By analyzing the common laws of Project Management at first, using existing Knowledge Management theory combining the PSB's practical thing, the objective of this study is that we will find out the available and practical method to establish the Knowledge Management system (Touching on Human-Resource Management System, Technology Management System, Business Process Reengineering, Management Information System) based on circumstances of project, through which we could improve Project Management, speed up the decreasing of cost, improve efficiency of an enterprise or a team, and build up competition advantage, assistance decision.
