Research On The Promotion Of Political System Reform Through Public Opinion

Public opinion is unequal to propagandas or report. It is the identical and representative standpoints of masses, and has a connotation similar to arbitration, mass verdict, common aspiration and popular will. Although medium is the tool of expressing public opinion and the platform of Public opinion forming, part of its propaganda and reports unlikely becomes the identical and representative standpoints of masses, most of whom just as a kind of pure reviews or reports. The Congress of the Communist Party of China, the People's Political Consultative Conference, the People's Congress and poll all act as part of the mechanism forming and spreading public opinion. Most of public opinions appear as the way of expressing problems, but they are not alien to government and politics embodies the people's benefit, will and power. And it participates on all the three steps of political System reform as to shave and guarantee the reform advancing smoothly. But its effect is limited because of its theoretical and pratical. According to these factors, my thesis puts forward several method of building our public opinion by the way of theory, its forming ability and mechanism, in order to promote national political system reform to advancing steadily and successfully.
