Especially today, enterprise's competition is aggravated day by day, enterprise salary system is it improve and shift staff enthusiasm , creative strong power to become already. Because Shaanxi chemical fertilizer Co., Ltd. of means of agricultural production has been affected by planned economy for many years, the development of enterprise's salary system has been lagging behind with the development of enterprises all the time . For this reason, we need explaining reform of the distribution system and proving theoretically badly, make enterprises already regard raising the salary the important means of attracting and steady outstanding talents horizontally as, regard reducing the salary cost as and strengthen the valid competitiveness of the products on the market again.
