According to the mode given above, this thesis designs detailed key performance indicator system model and performance management process model.The paper through researching The strategy-oriented performance management system of Inner Mongolia LanTai industrial CO. LTD drawconclusions as follow:It is designed to key performance indicator system model that could resolves in multiple layers the strategy target of the business to department, post and becomes Key Performance Indicator of company, department and post, through adopting theory of Balanced Scorecard.It is applicable to the personal performance evaluation in employee and projected to performance management process model, through dividing Balac-ed Score Card to further expand. This method could quantify valuation of the personal results in employee though further resolving the section index sign to the employee individual.It is validated that the strategy-oriented performance management can contribute the link of performace management with strategy management.
