The Research Of Partnership And Performance Appraisement On The Basis Of Supply Chain Management

With the forming of the globalization, the competition rules between enterprises have already been changed. It was a competition between retailers and retailers in the past, manufacturers and sellers also competed with similar rivals.Now enterprises don't lean against one's own strength competing with rivals , but they are competing with all whole sellers, manufacturers, alliances of suppliers in a supply chain. Enterprises should meet users' requests in such aspects as performance, styles, price of quality, delivery date and service for the products. Only leaning against oneself is far from being enough, because these functions are in a supply chain.This article carrys out comparative analysis on development of management theory, and supplies the conception of partnership, and compares some different theories in this field. Secondly, this article analyses enterprise strategic theory, supply chain management theory,and makes some development in some aspects.This article puts forward comparatively scientific concept of supply chain and points out that supply chain partnership is the foundation of supply chain management. Then,the thesis studys special types of supply chain partnership. This text thinks that the most important types are developing supplier's partnership relation, distributor's integration and third party's logistics. Supplier -manufacturer partnership and supplier-retailer partnership are the most important relations of developing supplier's partnership relation.Then, this text appraises and analyses the performance of enterprises in the supply chain, provides the evaluation index of the performance, and has set up the performanceevaluation index system. Finally,This thesis analyzes the background of partnership relation, current situation of partnership relation,and provides some views on realization of supply chain partnership.These ways include strengthening the encouragement to the agent, paying attention to the supervision to the agent, improving the management level inside enterprises, etc..
