Modern logistics is the key factor that improves satisfying extent of customers and the whole competitive ability of enterprises at present. Based on this, the logistics operating model of DA company is analyzed with SWOT method, and the necessary factors as follows for the enterprise to select appropriate logistics operating model shall be fully considered instead of blindly selecting Third Party Logistics: effects of logistics on enterprise successfulness, enterprise' s management capability in logistics, enterprise' s requirement on logistics control, logistics features of enterprise' s products, and enterprise' s scale and strength, etc.
