In the age of marketing competing, people begin to pay attention to the core capacity of competition and buy the other factor. So many synthesize logistics companies appear. These companies offer the whole and part synthesize logistics service. This way is called "third-part logistics (TPL)"."TPL means industry and commerce farm the logistics function out to the special logistics company, through signing a contract. Compare to basic service, contract logistics service offer complex service. Long-term and mutually beneficial relation is the one of its feature." Company internal TPL with external TPL, they present different feature.TPL started late in our country, it has many question which influence badly not only TPL but also relative industry. Demand inadequate is the source of lack of buying logistics. "Big and complete, small and complete" and misunderstanding "third profit source" are the sense hinder of industry and commerce. Possessing logistics equipment and employee make many companies face a difficult choice....Develop of TPL need the support of government. The government must adopt positive industrial policy. Speaking concretely, the acts of government reflect mainly from the following two respects: investment and management. Government must invest these items that need many money, runback in long-term, have outside economy and enterprise do not will or have no ability to invest in. AS a manager, the most important thing is to lay down the whole project of logistics base.Enterprise is the main bode of marketing. The fast development of our country TPL depends on the development of Logistics Company. Only the question is solved that the logistics effective demand is not enough, the logistics enterprises develop. The effective way of digging latent demand is to carry out logistics marketing by using 4Cs theory. Competing depends on strength in marketing economy. As developing market, logistics enterprise also must raise own logistics manage level.
