The Study Of Building Qinghai Data Communication Corporation Corporate Culture

The corporate culture depicts a kind of thought of value, which the corporation believes and puts into practice. It's not only the key to the healthy, continuous, effective development of corporation, but the soul of the development. This paper intends to do a case study for Qinghai Data Communication Corporation(hereunder QDC),through analyzing the corporate culture and the cultural characteristics of China and America with the method of comparative ananlysis.Based on exploiting the differences of corporate cultures and their characteristics between Haier enterprise of China and IBM of the USA comparative analysis, to study overall the corporate culture of QDC including situation diagnosis, idea development, plan designing and execution, Consequently, it shows the weakness of build of QDC culture. Further more, the author systematically redesigned the QDC culture, and proposed a suggestion that with the sparkplugging by the leader as well as the participation of employee, which would lead to practice the revolution of the corporate culture, it is possible to achieve the aim that construction of corporate culture will improve the core competence of corporate.According to the research, it is corporate culture which maintain the core competence during the corporate 's continuable development, and it is the innovation of corporate culture which excitated the energy of the corporate._Such a study would be expected a realistic significance to QDC maintaining core competence and continuous development through cultural innovation, as well as a practical case for the growing Qinghai telecom corporate culture establishment and practice.
