Risk is everywhere in the construction project, and it will generate all kinds of loss, such as person time, resource and money. In conditions of having many huge projects in our country , studying the risk management method of huge projects is significant for reasonably avoiding risk, diminishing loss, and improving mileage. It will be advantageous to knowing project risk, bringing out method controlling.As the longest ocean bridge in the world, the ocean bridge of Hang-Zhou Inlet which is constructing is situated in the Chang-Jiang delta. Its construction will bring important and significant impact on the social economy of banks of Hang-Zhou Inlet, specially Ning Bo area, and improve the economy development of Ning Bo city and Zhejiang Province. But because of the larger investment scale, the longer construction cycle and the complex natural environment, there are many challenges in the project design and construction. It generates many risks, specially, the risk of during construction.The author analyzes the area social economy environment, the traffic situation and passenger and goods traffic of the relevant city, and describes the construction background and the evolution progress of project. All kinds of risk origins are summarized and the expert marking method is used for risk recognition, risk evaluation. At the same time, the prevention measures are put forward for well knowing and mastering the impossible risks during the construction, so that the risk management can be well executed and risk can be diminished.
