Retail business is one of important industry of national economy in my country, and is important sector of joining product and consume on circulation field. Retail business of China enter market economy after leaving previous planned economy. Market economy brings large energy to retail business. Since reforming and opening, retail business' s effect is more and more large. And competition of retail business is more and more fierce. So it is an urgent task to build and cultivate the core competence of retail business.
