It is the only enterprise which is allowed to manufacture the military semiconductors in Heilongjian province.The military enterprises is coming into the market economy from planted economy, has to face the market competence in 21th century.This article analyses the factors which is influencing the core competence of Harbin Transistor Factory, using the SWOT analytical method, then put forward ways to strengthen the core competence of Harbin Transistor Factory. The first is to construct military enterprise culture. The second is to strengthen technology innovation. The third is to perfect the management of manpower resource. The fourth is to strengthen the management of marketing.
