Study On The Modes Of Agricultural Technological Extension Service Under The Circumstance Of Market Economy

Great changes have taken place in agricultural technological market and its beneficiary with the establishing and promoting market system of socialism and deeply reforming of rural economic system. It is a big subject to establish a new agricultural service system to adapt the new position with the aim of promotion of continuable agriculture. This paper deals with the subject. The results are as follows.The organization, function and characteristic of agricultural extension service in America, France, Holland, Japan, Thailand and Taiwan District were analyzed to find the focus of agriculture service and extension under condition of market economy. The results showed that a successful agricultural technological extension system is based on the combination of modem agriculture marketing regulations, government actions and attendance of the society. It is necessary to set up a satisfactory organization that is guided and supported by government, joined by farmers and scientists and sponsored by companies and corporationsBased on the investigation on the status of agriculture extension and analysis of agricultural economy modes in Fujian, three typical models in agricultural extension service were found which followed the socialism market system, such as Dongyuan Mode in Zhangzhou, Nanping Mode and Xinluo Mode in Longyan. The background of these three typical models was discussed. It can be concluded that these tree models succeeded in introduction of a new functional mechanism of contract and enterprise, changing the idea of agricultural scientists and accelerating the innovation in agricultural technology service systems, reforming the old economical system that caused a complexion of "broken line, torn net, gone away person" .With application of formation principle and function mechanism in agricultural extension mode, system economy, region communication and development level in economics to analyze the tree models, a basic theory was established to play an important role in agricultural technology extension and scientific production translation.This paper summarized the three agricultural technological extension service modes that suit to socialism market economics and can be used for reference for the leaders and scientists to practice.
