A Research On The Risk Of Industrial Clusters: From The Perspective Of Network

Based on the Network Model put forward by Swedish scholars Hakansson and Snehota, using the analytical method of economics and management, this thesis tries to discuss the three factors that influence the risk of industrial clusters from the perspectives of embedded relationships in industrial clusters, interaction among enterprise clusters and interdependence of resource. Finally , the thesis makes out some policy advice for the development of industrial clusters.The preface explains the research purpose, practical value and research methods.The second part reviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign theories on industrial clusters, emphasizing the theory of Social and Economics Networks.From the perspectives of interrelationship among the actors in industrial clusters, the third part discusses the definition and function of embeddedness, then analyzes correlative mechanism between over-embeddedness and the risk of industrial clusters.The fourth part analyzes the interaction including over-competition , crisis of cooperation and the dilemma of networking innovation which impacts the risk of industrial clusters.The fifth part discusses the correlative mechanism between interdependence of resource and the risk of industrial clusters.Form the perspective of policy, finally, the thesis analyzes some mistake area and sufficiency- necessary condition for the development of industrial clusters.
